The information and services provided by FlyEnJoy are for general informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, including but not limited to airport information, flight schedules, or travel content.
FlyEnJoy does not control or operate any third-party services linked through the App. Users are responsible for verifying time-sensitive information through official sources. Any travel recommendations, checklists, or itineraries are suggestions only and are used at your own discretion.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on information provided by the App or through any user-generated content.
FlyEnJoy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of travel data, content recommendations, or airport-related alerts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 529 Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of FlyEnJoy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
